Gorenje, d.d., hereby announces the public that on Friday, August 29, 2014, trading with newly issued stock will commence on the Warsaw Stock Exchange as well. This announcement pertains to the 2,320,186 new shares subscribed in the capital increase procedure by Gorenjska banka, d.d., Kranj (1,315,166 shares) and the IFC (1,005,020 shares); all of the said shares are already listed on the Ljubljana Stock Exchange. As a result, all 24,424,613 GRVG shares are listed on both the Ljubljana Stock Exchange and the Warsaw Stock Exchange as of August 29, 2014.
