On the 17^th March, 2014 Member of the Management Board Mr Peter Groznik bought 2,500 Gorenje, d.d., GRVG shares at the Ljubljana Stock Exchange in the amount of EUR 9,999.25. After this transaction Mr Groznik holds 7,140 GRVG shares or 0.0325% of voting rights.
