On August 31, 2013 the third annual Prazdnik ‘Edi’, Moscow's main culinary festival on the fresh air, was hosted at the Gorky Park. Gorenje presented the new design collection of kitchen appliances at this event - Gorenje Classico Collection. Prazdnik ‘Edi’ hosted more than 100 participants, master classes from professional and famous chefs, food shows, lectures and rare store cookbooks, tableware and flower shops, and farmers' ranks. The main idea of this year’s festival was to explore and show the new global trends in street food.
Gorenje enchanted the visitors with the new Classico Collection
In the Gorky Park the new, unknown, and exotic forms of existent and future street food in all its diversity was shown. For this one day the park became a vibrant urban area with tents, benches, street musicians and artists, and, of course dozens of field kitchens, where the best Moscow coffee shops and restaurants offered the visitors a special menu.
Gorenje was present at the candy scene with the new Classico Collection of kitchen appliances, where the mistress Katerina Agronik, pastry chef and owner of the Select Cake Studio, invited other famous masters to share their secrets of preparation of various desserts - from Chocolate brioche with dolce de leche from Alexei Zimin and Ilya Shalev to the Truffle fresh with the sweet potato from Ricardo Morales.

The collection consists of a range of appliances with uniform design: an oven, several cooking hobs, free standing cookers with a width of 50 or 60 centimetres, and a kitchen hood.
