Company Management Board and Supervisory Board hereby inform the shareholders that the Shareholders Assembly of Gorenje, d.d., initially scheduled for Friday, July 1^st 2011, has been rescheduled to take place on Tuesday, July 5^th 2011, for technical reasons. Therefore, the company Management Board and Supervisory Board hereby revoke the 16^th Shareholders Assembly of Gorenje, d.d., convened on June 1^st 2011, to take place on Friday, July 1^st 2011, starting at 11 a.m. in the Grand Hall of Hotel Paka in Velenje, Rudarska ul. 1, and convene the 16^th Shareholders Assembly of Gorenje, d.d., to take place on July 5^th 2011. All resolution proposals and explanations thereto shall remain unchanged.
