According to the decision of Agencija za trg vrednostnih papirjev (ATVP-Securities Market Agency) No. 40200-15/2010-6 from 2 September 2010, where the Public-offer Prospectus of ordinary shares Gorenje, d.d., was confirmed by ATVP, the Management Board of Gorenje gospodinjski aparati, d.d., is hereby publishing
- the Summary of the Prospectus and
- the Public-offer Prospectus of Gorenje, d.d., ordinary shares.
All the mentioned documents are also available at the Issuer's registered office, at all locations for subscription and payment of newly issued shares and on the website gorenje.com and www.nlb.si from 9 September 2010 onwards.
