The shareholders of Gorenje, d.d., and the public at large are hereby notified that on 2 June 2010 the Company has received the decision of the Celje district court, Nr. Srg 2010/19414 of 2 June 2009, on the registration of capital increases resolutions and of amendments to the statute in the court register.
