The Supervisory Board of Gorenje, d.d., today at its 20^th  Meeting discussed and adopted the Non-audited Half-Yearly Report of Gorenje d.d. and the Gorenje Group. In the opinion of the Supervisory Board the business performance was good, in particular in the light of the market conditions. The Summary of the First-half report has been published Today, on the electronic  information system of Ljubljana Stock Exchange, SEOnet.

The Supervisory Board appointed Mr. Philip Alexander Sluiter for the member of the Management Board of Gorenje, d.d., responsible for the Benelux region, for the complementary program and for the ATAG brand name. Mr. Philip Alexander Sluiter started the term of office by the day of his appointment and till 18 July 2013, the same as mandate ended by the Management Board.
